**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.119 dated 20.04.2023, registered at Police Station Sadar Amritsar, District Amritsar, under Section 420 IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014. Status report by way of an affidavit dated 01.07.2023 of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, North, Amritsar, filed on behalf of the respondent-State, in the Court, is taken on record. Copy whereof has been supplied to the learned counsel opposite.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
