At the outset, Mr. Mittal submits that he has sought instructions from the President of the Bar. According to him, the issue can be reasonably resolved in case it is sent to the Building Committee of this court. Learned for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioners who are present in court, submits that they are ready to accept this proposal in case opportunity of hearing is afforded to them by the Building Committee.

Under the circumstances, no further adjudication of the matter is necessary. Disposed of.

Petitioners shall, however, be at liberty to make a representation to the District Judge within a week from today who shall forthwith forward the same to the Building Committee as per the Rules.
