The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.238 dated 22.7.2020 at Police Station Patran, District Patiala under Sections 308, 302 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.

At the time of issuance of notice of motion on 1.9.2021, the following order was passed:

"The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered vide FIR No.238 dated 22.7.2020 at Police Station Patran, District Patiala under Sections 308, 302 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, wherein he has been summoned with the aid of Section 193 Cr.P.C. PANKAJ KAKKAR 2021.12.15 17:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

( 2 ) CRM-M-35716-2021 (O&M) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case the solitary injury found on the person of deceased Manpreet Singh @ Golu is attributed to co-accused Gurmeet Singh and that the petitioner is attributed a blow with stick to mother of the deceased i.e. to the complainant-Shinder Kaur but there is no MLR in respect of the said injury attributed to the petitioner. Notice of motion for 15.12.2021.

Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court within a period of 10 days from today. Upon appearance of the petitioner, the Trial Court shall release the petitioner on interim bail subject to his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to its satisfaction."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to interim directions, the petitioner has appeared before the Trial Court and infact charges have also been framed.

The aforestated position is not disputed by the learned State counsel. 5.

In view of the aforestated position, wherein the petitioner has been summoned with the aid of Section 193 Cr.P.C. and has already appeared before the Trial Court, the petition is accepted and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 1.9.2021 are hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear regularly before the Trial Court and abide by any such condition as may be imposed by Trial Court for ensuring his regular presence.
