Grievance addressed in this writ petition is that necessary provisions for couple cases of employees in Haryana Education Department should be inserted in Teachers Transfer Policy, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that by efflux of time and introduction of subsequent Transfer Policies, present writ petition is rendered infructuous.
