The present appeal pertains to the year 2008. None had appeared on behalf of the appellants on the previous date i.e. 18.10.2024. However, on a written request circulated on behalf of the counsel for the appellants on the ground that he was in personal difficulty, the case was adjourned to today and the counsel was directed to supply a clear copy of the paper book in the Registry. Neither the order dated 18.10.2024 has been complied with till date nor anyone has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants today. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
