(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to inquire into the matter in case FIR No.175 dated 21.06.2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station City Sangrur, through some senior police official or by constituting Special Investigating Team. Learned State counsel submits that cancellation report was filed by the police in Court, which has not been accepted. Trial Court has ordered re-investigation in the matter.

In view of above, petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
