The instant petition has been filed laying challenge to the order dated 06.05.2019 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Sonipat whereby the application filed by the petitioner (herein)/complainant under Section 319 of Cr.P.C for summoning of Savita as an additional accused was dismissed. 2.
Notice of motion was issued on 03.07.2019 for 04.09.2019 whereinafter the petition remained pending adjudication before this Court. However, no stay order was passed by this Court earlier. 3.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 has submitted that the trial since stands concluded vide a judgment dated 15.02.2022 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Sonipat, Haryana and hence the present petition is liable to be dismissed on this score alone.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 has placed reliance upon the dicta of the judgement of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of 'Sukhpal Singh Khaira versus State of Punjab' 2022 Live Law (SC) 1009.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view the dicta of the judgement of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in 'Sukhpal Singh Khaira's case (supra), the present petition is dismissed as not calling for any further orders/directions.
