Prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari seeking quashing of order dated 01.04.2015 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Industrial Tribunal, Amritsar vide which the petitioner-Management is directed to reinstate the workman from the date he was sacked with back wages along with interest @ 9% per annum.

Despite second call, there is no representation on behalf of the parties in Court today.
