**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J This petition has been filed with a delay of 11 days challenging the order dated 24.4.2018 vide which maintenance was allowed to the respondents.

At the outset counsel for the petitioner contends that they do not dispute the order and the husband is willing to pay the maintenance but notice may be issued to see if the matter can be settled before the mediators. The counsel states that serious efforts have not been made before the Court below.

Since the challenge on merits is not being made to the order, notice is not required to be issued. If the petitioner is serious, he can raise the issue before the Court below or can approach the Mediation Cell in the district for one time settlement.

The petition is dismissed.
