At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be filing an appeal and the Appellate Authority be directed to decide the appeal in a time bound manner.

The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority. The Appellate Authority is directed to consider and decide the appeal in accordance with law within a period of four months from its receipt.
