(Oral) The petitioner in the present case is working in an aided College and is seeking release of the amount of leave encashment due to him at par with the employees of the Government College. The matter is covered by the decision of this Court passed in CWP No. 15830 of 1995 decided on 17.07.1998 (Annexure P-3) and in CWP No. 16992 of 1997 decided on 11.05.1998 (Annexure P-4). Learned counsel states that the petitioner has made representation (Annexure P-5) and that at this stage the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.3 to decide the said representation by passing a speaking order thereon within any reasonable time.

I find this to be a fair request.

CWP-15074-2015(O&M) representation(Annexure P-5) in accordance with law by passing a speaking order thereon within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
