CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) The grievance of the petitioner-firm is that respondent No.3truck union is extending threats to the petitioner of dire consequences if the transportation of the agricultural produce or goods is not done through their union.
In this regard, a representation dated 22.04.2017 (Annexure P2) was submitted to respondent No.2 but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if an appropriate action is taken on the representation dated 22.04.2017 (Annexure P-2) within a time bound manner.
Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner vide Annexure P-2 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. If the claim of the petitioner is found justified, the respondent No.2 shall give appropriate direction to provide security to the petitioner in accordance with law and necessary steps be taken to ensure that the petitioner-firm is not hindered in any manner from carrying on their business activities.
