Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 15.7.2014 (Annexure P-13). Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed an appeal Annexure P-8 before the Appellate Authority, Regional Office, ESIC, Chandigarh against the impugned order Annexure P-13. However, the said appeal has not been decided so far. Learned counsel has further submitted that at this stage, petitioner would be satisfied in case the Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of the appeal Annexure P-8.
