RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, fairly states that so far as the merits of the case are concerned, he has no case. However, he submits that the learned Permanent Lok Adalat was not having the jurisdiction to pass the impugned order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to move the learned Permanent Lok Adalat, by way of an appropriate application, at the first instance.

Permission is granted.
