Learned counsel for the respondents have submitted that in pursuance of order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 20.02.2026, the petitioner has been granted the appointment for the post of Grid Sub Station Operator in HVPNL against Advertisement No.03/2016, Category No.5 and for the said purpose, have referred to letter dated 28.05.2026 which is taken on record and marked as Mark 'A'.

Learned counsel for the respondents have further referred to letter dated 27.05.2026 written by the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula to the Managing Director, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited which letter is also taken on record and marked as Mark 'B', as per which, the petitioner is stated to have fallen in the selection zone and selected at Merit No.349-A against OH Category and thus, has been placed at an appropriate place. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to revive the same in case any cause still survives. 4.
