G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The petition has been preferred for the relief of grant of higher pay scales to the petitioners w.e.f. respective dates in revised pay scale when they were performing their duties as Block Primary Education Officers and for grant of additional increments etc. On 22.01.2016, the following order was passed:- "Counsel for the petitioners prays for time to file details as to when the petitioners were deputed on the higher posts on the basis of which claim has been preferred.

Adjourned to 10.02.2016."

In spite of two opportunities thereafter, the details have not been furnished.

Faced with the situation, counsel submits that the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action after complying with the above order. Ordered accordingly.
