The petitioner mentions that this is the first petition for grant of regular bail. Further, in para 9 of the petition it has been stated that no such similar bail application was filed before this Court or before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. A perusal of the office note reveals that previously a petition being CRM-M-54241-2022 was filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail, which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 17.11.2023. 2.

Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
