The petitioner seeks quashing of order/report dated 4.7.2023 (Annexure P-4) passed by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Law and Order, Hisar with a further direction to the official respondents to lodge an FIR under Sections 415, 419, 420, 468, 469, 470 read with Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that the order/report dated 4.7.2023 (Annexure P-4) is more in the nature of an administrative order rather a correspondence between two officials of the department and, as such, this Court does not find it to be a case for invoking inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. 3.

As far as the prayer of the petitioner for lodging FIR against private respondents is concerned, it shall be open to the petitioner to have recourse Pankaj Kakkar 2024.07.30 16:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
