Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that the petitioner has moved representation (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.3 and at this stage they would be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.3 to look into the matter and decide their representation within any reasonable time.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, respondent No.3-the Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala is directed to look into the representation (Annexure P-2) and take action as per law.
