(ORAL) Present petition has been filed on the ground that no action is being taken by the police against respondents No.6 to 9 with regard to the allegations, which the petitioner has alleged, for which a DDR No.45 dated 13.03.2021 was registered.

Mr. Gaurav Bansal, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition, on instructions from Inspector Telu Ram, submits that the petitioner is misleading this Court as there is an FIR No.170 dated 13.07.2021 has been registered against him and with regard to the allegations mentioned in above-said DDR No.45 dated 13.03.2021, the same have been found to be incorrect already.
