(Oral) At the outset, learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Suman Lata submits that despite repeated opportunities having been granted to the petitioner, he has failed to comply with the order dated 03rd July, 2019 and has not joined the investigation even once.

It is apparent that petitioner is willfully disobeying the orders of this Court. Thus, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Dismissed.
