HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for quashing of FIR No.0153 dated 18.03.2022 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 406, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station City Narnaul, District Mahendergarh along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of affidavit dated 12.07.2022 (Annexure P-2) executed between the petitioner and respondent No.2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage as certain terms between the parties are yet to be complied with.

Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
