Vide separate order of even date passed in LPA No.1027 of 2015 (State of Haryana and another vs Yuvraj Private Industrial Training Institute and others), the Directorate General, Employment and Training, New Delhi, and Director of National Council of Vocational Training have been issued the following directions:- "In this view of the matter, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent-Institute to respond to the queries, if any, raised by the Directorate within a period Meenu 2016.10.27 09:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh of two weeks whereupon the Directorate General, Employment and Training, New Delhi, shall take a final

A similar decision shall be taken by the Director, National Council for Vocational Training, Government of India also within a period of three months." Petitioner-Institute has already been granted provisional affiliation under the interim orders of this Court. The students have been consequently admitted in the previous academic year and said to have completed their respective courses.

In this view of the matter when final decision with regard to affiliation of the petitioner-Institute is yet to be taken by the prescribed authorities, we dispose of this writ petition as having become infructuous so far as the admission made in the previous academic session are concerned. However, fate of future admissions, if any, to be made by the petitionerInstitute shall depend upon the final decision to be taken by the Directorate General of Employment and Training as well as the Director, National Council for Vocational Training in terms of the time-bound directions reproduced above.

Disposed of accordingly.
