AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 and 2 to disqualify the technical bid submitted by respondent No.3 in response to E-tender dated 31.05.2016 (Annexure P/1) issued by respondent No.2 for appointment of transport contractor at Nihal Singh Wala.

It has been averred in the writ petition that documents submitted by respondent No.3 supporting the bid were not complete in all respects. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had submitted representation dated 14.07.2016 to respondents No.1 and 2 but the same has not been decided by the said authorities. Copy of the aforesaid representation produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner today in Court is taken on record.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the controversy, we dispose of this petition at Ravinder Singh 2016.08.08 13:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
