Thereafter, the case was listed for hearing for 06 times i.e. on 10.11.2020, 15.01.2021, 25.02.2021, 02.12.2022, 10.01.2023 and 04.10.2023, out of which on one date i.e. 10.11.2020 the case was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for respondents No. 2 to 4 and on rest of the dates, the same was adjourned either at the request of learned counsel for the petitioners or on account of non-appearance on their behalf. Today, also the petitioners have gone unrepresented, despite the case having been called twice.
