are praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the revised pension in the pay-sale of Rs.10300-34800 with Rs.4600/- Grade Pay (later revised to grade pay of Rs.5,000/- vide notification dated 08.12.2011) and initial pay of Rs.18,030/- w.e.f. 01.10.2011 in view of the notification dated 05.10.2011. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in light of the order dated 17.08.2012 (Annexure P-4), the petitioners are entitled for grant of Grade Pay of Rs.5000/- as they were working in Privately Aided Schools.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioners are not entitled for grant of benefit as petitioners have retired before passing of the order dated 17.08.2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioners, submits that he will be satisfied if, at this stage, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file fresh representation for grant of grade pay of Rs.5000/- for the purpose of pension, in terms of order dated 17.08.2012 (Annexure P-4) and respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide such representation submitted by the petitioners in a time-bound manner.
