**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to official respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of private respondents No.4 to 8. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner owns 38 kanal land situated in Village Tera Rajputan, Tehsil Ajnala; that on 30.06.2022, respondents No.4 to 8 came to the land of the petitioner on their tractor and demolished the government burjis and that respondents No.4 to 8 also threatened the petitioner of dire consequences. He further submits that though the petitioner has already moved a representation dated 01.07.2022 to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police Amritsar (Rural), yet no action has been taken on the same till date.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The dispute between the parties is civil in nature. The AMAN JAIN 2022.07.28 10:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRWP-7135-2022 (O&M) -2representation was sent on 01.07.2022. Thus, at this stage, it is too early for this Court to interfere. Moreover, the petitioner, if so advised, is at liberty to avail his alternative remedy, as per law. In view of the above, no orders are called for in the present petition.
