Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.0062 dated 14.05.2024, under Sections 306, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station, City Nakodar, District Jalandhar (Rural). 2.

A perusal of the FIR shows there are specific allegations against the petitioners of having abused and harassed the deceased soon before he consumed Celphos leading to his death on 14.05.2024. The petitioners were harassing the deceased for quite sometime by pressurizing him to extract money from his parents equal to the amount spent by them for sending his brother abroad. The investigation of the case is at initial stages and custodial interrogation is required to establish the facts and unearth the truth.

In view thereof, there is no ground to grant the pre-arrest bail to the petitioners.
