(ORAL) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 on instructions states that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 4.3.2015 have decided to right off an amount of Rs.2,15,900/- which was sought to be recovered from the petitioner.

The above fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that in view of the above fact the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
