This petition has been filed challenging order dated 09.11.2017 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge (Family Court), Faridabad whereby a sum of `15,000/- per month has been assessed to be paid to the respondent-wife.

On the last date of hearing i.e., 09.02.2018, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and following order was passed by this Court:- "This matter was adjourned on the last occasion on request of learned counsel for the petitioner. Today a request for pass over was addressed. When the matter was taken up for the second time, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 19.03.2018. In case, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the next date and arguments are not addressed, this petition may be dismissed for non-prosecution."

CRR(F) No.47 of 2018(O&M) -2Today, when the matter was taken up in the morning session, a request was made for pass over. Thereafter, the matter was taken up twice and once in the post-lunch sessions, but none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner no longer seeks to pursue this matter. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. ( LISA GILL ) March 19 , 2018.
