**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 176 dated 18.11.2018 under Sections 304, 323, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Kabarwala, District Shri Muktsar Sahib.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the FIR, two injuries have been attributed to the petitioner which are simple in nature. Even as per the post-mortem report (Annexure P-2), the cause of death was "Myocardial Infraction" and allegation in the FIR is that the petitioner pushed the deceased and he fell down. He further submits that petitioner has been in custody since 19.1.2019 and challan has since been presented.
Learned State counsel has not disputed the factual assertions. The petitioner has been in custody since 19.1.2019. The trial will take time to conclude.
