HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA PRESENT: - Ms. Rosi, Advocate, for the petitioner. Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) CRM No.M-741 of 2024 Application seeking exemption from filing the certified/typed copies of Annexure P-1 to P-3, is allowed. Main Case The petitioner, who is 18 years of age as per her Aadhar Card, has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to protect her life and liberty at the instance of respondent Nos.5 to 7. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that a representation, dated 04.06.2024, Annexure P-3, has been made to the Superintendent of Police, Palwal, seeking necessary protection, but no action has been taken in the matter so far. She would be satisfied if appropriate direction is issued to take action on the representation. 3.

Notice of motion.

In view thereof, the petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Palwal, to look into the representation, dated 04.06.2024, regarding the alleged threats to life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondents, and take appropriate action to extend the necessary protection, as may be required in accordance with law.

This order shall not have any effect on any civil or criminal action needed to be initiated in the matter.
