Petitioner filed instant writ alleging that his junior namely Sh.Rakesh Puri was drawing more pay than him. His claim for removing said anomaly stood rejected vide order dated 9.8.2012(P-2). Hence the present writ petition to quashing impugned order P-2 and direct the respondents to remove the said anomaly. Upon notice, reply has been filed stating therein that impugned order dated 9.8.2012(P-2) was passed keeping in view the directions of this Court in CWP 5700/2012 filed earlier by the petitioner seeking same relief. It is further stated that after filing of the instant writ petition, case of the Rakesh Puri,who is junior to the petitioner has been re-examined and vide order dated 29.10.2014(R-1) pay of said Rakesh Puri has been brought at par with the petitioner, Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2017.03.28 10:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP 18392/2013 rendering the instant petition as infructuous. At the time of hearing,learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that alleged anomaly stands removed as pay of junior of the petitioner has been fixed at par with him. It is further submitted that the instant writ petition has become infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.
