ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of impugned resolution dated 05.11.2019 (Annexure P-1). Further prayer has been made to reinstate the petitioner and pay him the arrears of salary along with interest @12% per annum from November, 2019.

Pleaded case is that after the death of father of the petitioner, he was appointed as Tubewell/ Drinking water supply motor operator by the Gram Panchayat of village Dhakiya and is working there since September, 2017. Qua his aforesaid grievance, petitioner submitted representation dated 02.05.2022 (Annexure P-6) but the same has not been adverted till date. Hence the petition.

On advance service, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by competent authority, either way, on the pending representation dated 02.05.2022 (Annexure P-6). 5.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks decision on the pending representation, as suggested by learned State counsel.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the representation dated 02.05.2022 (Annexure P-6) of the petitioner and pass an administrative order, in accordance with law, within 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 8.

Disposed of accordingly.
