(Oral) The prayer made in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is that the acquisition proceedings have lapsed in view of the provisions of Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. The Award No.46 was passed on 30.09.2009 under Section 11 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. 2.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition. 3.
