The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 10.10.2018 passed by the Family Court, Barnala granting interim maintenance to the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the present petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the main case itself stands decided. The said fact has also been verified from the e-Court website of District Court, Barnala.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to get the same revived in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
