For the reasons recorded in the application, the application is allowed. The main case is preponed, and, is taken up on board for hearing today.

CRM-M-27378 of 2025 1.

The jurisdiction of this Court under Section 483 of BNSS has been invoked for grant of interim regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 192 dated 19.8.2024 under Sections 103, 115(2), 109, 125, 333, 351(2),

-2191(3), 190 of BNS and under Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act (Sections 103(1), 331(8), 351(8) of BNS added later on), registered at Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar Rural.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the wife of the petitioner has delivered a male child on 1.6.2025 and there is no other male member in his family, therefore the presence of the petitioner is utmost necessary for proper care of the mother and the child. Therefore, it is prayed that concession of interim regular bail be extended to the present petitioner. 3.

In compliance of the order date 03.6.2025, the learned State counsel has filed the status report by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Attari, Amritsar (Rural), which is taken on record.

The relevant portion of Para 3 of the status report is extracted hereinafter- "That it is humbly submitted that the enquiry relating to the present subject matter was conducted through ASI Sarabjit Singh, who has visited the house of the petitioner and it was found that Taranjit Kaur wife of the petitioner has delivered a male child on 1.6.2025 and mother and sister of the petitioner are taking care of the wife of the petitioner and there is no male member present at her house. x x x x"

Keeping in view the fact that the wife of the petitioner has delivered a male child on 1.6.2025 and there is no other male member in his house, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is entitled to concession of interim bail at this stage for a period of one week. 6.

Accordingly, the petitioner is granted interim bail for a period of one week i.e. 12.6.2025 to 18.6.2025, on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/Duty Magistrate

-3concerned, on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Trial Court.

Needless to say that after the expiry of said period, the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Jail immediately. 8.

Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
