       Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at length submits that the petitioner has filed a representation on 05.06.2023(Annexure P-9) before the respondent-authorities which is pending for decision. He further submits that the petitioner will also file a detailed representation in addition to Annexure P-9 before the respondent-authorities within a week from today and prays that the authorities be directed to consider and take a decision thereon expeditiously in accordance with law.

Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent-State of Haryana, on advance copy, submits that in case the petitioner does so, the authorities would look into the representation to be filed by the petitioner and take a decision thereon expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of two weeks thereafter. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties and taking the same on record, the petition stands disposed of.
