HARINDER SINGH SIDHU,J Appellants have moved instant application bearing CM No.11327-C of 2019 for disposing of the main appeal in the light of compromise dated 30.7.2019, arrived at between the parties, a copy of which is annexed with the application.

Accordingly, appeal bearing RSA No.1462 of 2007 is disposed of, in terms of the compromise and this compromise shall form a part of the decree.
