AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) The petitioners have knocked the door of the Court by challenging the final mode of partition dated 07.06.2016 (Annexure P-4). They can invoke the jurisdiction of the Financial Commissioner under Section 16(1) of the Land Revenue Act, in view of the ratio decidendi culled out by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Amar Khan and others vs. State of Punjab and others 2009(1) RCR (Civil) 741. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of the Court for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy in view of the ratio decidendi culled out by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Amar Khan's case (supra).

Ordered accordingly.
