The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to implement order dated 22.06.2023 whereby Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, Haryana has recommended release of dependant/destitute pension in favour of his wife and son. 2.
The petitioner is a person with a disability of 100% visual impairment/blindness. His wife and minor son are dependent upon him. He filed applications dated 14.08.2020 and 06.10.2021 to the respondents seeking grant of dependent/destitute pension in favour of his wife and son but to no avail. He preferred complaint dated 27.12.2021 before the State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, Haryana who vide order dated 22.06.2023 allowed his claim and recommended release of DEEPAK BISSYAN 2026.05.12 17:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CWP-14734-2026 -2dependant/destitute pension in favour of his wife and son. The State Commissioner on account of non-compliance of order dated 22.06.2023 issued show cause dated 04.10.2023. He served legal notice dated 10.01.2025 upon the respondents seeking compliance of order dated 22.06.2023 but the same has not been addressed till date. 3.
Learned State Counsel at the outset, on instructions from Ms. Alka Yadav, Joint Director, SEWA Department, submits that order of State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, Haryana would be complied within one month from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the aforesaid arrangement.

In the wake of statement of both sides, the petition stands disposed of.
