Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 20.07.2018 passed by learned District Judge, Family Court, Sonipat whereby the respondent/husband has been directed to pay Rs.3000/- per month to the petitioner/wife as maintenance allowance. 2.

Perusal of order sheets shows that this is a petition of the year 2018 and notice has not yet been issued in the matter. On 19.12.2018 and 13.05.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thereafter, on 22.08.2023 and 15.11.2023, no one had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that neither the petitioner nor her counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition. 3.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
