(ORAL) Petition herein inter alia is for setting aside of impugned order dated 04.09.2018 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Principal District Judge, Family Court, Gurgaon whereby petitioner was directed to pay maintenance to the tune of Rs.50,000/- per month from the date of application under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act to minor child.

At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner states that per his instructions, the maintenance application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been finally decided and the instant criminal revision has been rendered infructuous. He further states that in view thereof, he is under instructions not to press the instant petition.
