(ORAL) It has been rightly pointed out by counsel for the parties that judgment of the trial Court dated 14.10.2000 was passed by the undersigned when I was posted at Narnaul as Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Narnaul. However, it is stated by counsel for both the sides that since the matter has been settled between the parties in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, therefore, they have no objection in case the appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement/agreement dated 11.09.2025. It is also stated by counsel for the respondent that in terms of the settlement/agreement dated 11.09.2025, the respondent has received the amount of 12,25,000/- from the appellant. 2.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement/agreement dated 11.09.2025, which was agreed to between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. The said settlement/agreement dated 11.09.2025 shall form part and parcel of this order.
