RAJAN GUPTA J. (ORAL) During the course of arguments, Mr. Lohan has referred to a judgment of Madras High court reported as C.V. Raman Vs Management of Bank of India in Writ Appeal Nos. 561 & 562 of 1983. According to him, same has been upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme court by a detailed judgment. He submits that inadvertently same could not be cited before the learned Single Judge. Under the circumstances, appellant-Bank is granted liberty to move appropriate application before the learned Single Judge for review of the order passed which is under challenge in this Letters Patent Appeal. Appellant-Bank is at liberty to cite any other judgment(s) which it feels relevant for just decision of the case.
