(Oral) This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 65 dated 14.06.2020, under Sections 34/354-C/354-D/376 (2) (n)/451/506 IPC, registered at Women Police Station Sirsa, District Sirsa As per complainant, in the month of December, 2018, the petitioner found the victim alone in the house and thereafter clicked her photograph while bathing in the bathroom.

Learned State counsel on instructions has informed that challan has been presented and there are total 11 witnesses. However, the photographs are not part of the challan as no such photographs were recovered from the mobile phone of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2020. Heard.

CRM No. M-30520 of 2020 -2and the fact that trial may still take some time for its conclusion, this court feels that there is no need to detain the petitioner any longer. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail, subject to his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate, Sirsa.
