Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner - Satish Kumar Chauhan (workman), by challenging the award dated 28.07.2010 (Annexure P-4), passed by the learned Labour Court, Ambala, whereby, reference No.204/2008, filed under Sections 10(1)(C) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (in short, 'ID Act'), has been answered against him. 2.
At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that despite making best efforts, petitioner - Satish Kumar Chauhan (workman), has not contacted his office since long. Therefore, he is unable to address arguments being not fully aware of the latest status of the facts. 3.
In view of the statement made by counsel for the petitioner, this Court is left with no other option except to dispose of the writ petition for want of prosecution.
