Haryana SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction mandamus thereby directing the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioners and to grant the minimum of pay scale to the petitioners as being granted to the other regular Tubewell-cum-Pump Operator and to pay the balance salary to the petitioner, in the interest of justice. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file fresh with better particulars. Prayer is accepted.
