The instant petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of aforementioned FIR. 2.

The FIR was lodged at the instance of respondent No.2 - Brij Mohan Jha, wherein it is alleged that the petitioner had cheated him of an amount of Rs.15 lakhs.

CRM-M-29669-2024 (O&M) ( 2 ) effected amongst the parties. A copy of settlement agreement dated 17.7.2024 has been received from Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court, which is annexed with the present petition.

Having regard to the aforestated position, wherein the parties have amicably resolved their issues, the instant petition is accepted and the petitioner, in the event of his arrest, is ordered to be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer.
