Instant petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for quashing of inquiry report dated 28.10.2024 (Annexure P-1), final show-cause notice dated 28.01.2025 (Annexure P2) and consequential recovery/deduction of Rs.2,13,468/- from the petitioner's retiral/arrear dues and all consequential actions and for directing refund of deducted amount with interest. Further prayer has been made for directing the respondents to release the amount of Rs.2,13,468/- along with arrears amount of Rs.50,000/- with interest @ 18% per annum from the date of retirement till realisation of the said amount.

CWP-14489 of 2026 "Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to point out or place on record the specific Punishment and Appeal Rules applicable to the petitioner governing the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him. In the absence of the relevant statutory rules/regulations, this Court is unable to examine the legality and procedural propriety of the disciplinary action assailed in the present petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks sometime to place on record the relevant Rules.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars by attaching the necessary rules.
